Below are links to print the Instruction/Welcome Document which includes the URL address of the system, screen shots, and instructions on what to do once you've logged in to the system as well as logging into the system the first time. Please take time to read the introduction on the front page once you've logged in to ISAACC.

There are two ways to access ISAACC. You may either join in the anonymous access site or you may access ISAACC confidentially with a username and password. Regardless of which ISAACC you choose, the information is for your use only. All usernames and passwords given out in the ISAACC system will be held strictly confidential by TASBO. No other person, district, association, or state entity will be able to access the information.

What are the differences?

Anonymous ISAACC:

• When you get a login number and password, no information about you, your computer, or your location is captured.
• You and your staff may have as many anonymous login numbers and passwords as you need.
• If you lose or forget your username/password, just go back and get a new one.
• There is no way to track this number to any person or district. You will be assigned an e-mail account to use within the system which will be yourusernumber@online.eduassociates.net. It will not be tied to your e-mail account or district.
• The results of anything you do in the system may be erased at any time.
• The Anonymous System is to provide you total anonymity from EVERYONE including other staff members within your district.

Confidential ISAACC:

• You may request a username and password that is meaningful only to you and/or your district. You may have as many usernames and passwords as you need.
• If you lose or forget your password, you may request it by e-mail. Your attempt to login to the system with incorrect information will provide you an e-mail request in which to enter your contact information.
• No one may request information regarding your username or password other than the person who originated the request.
• You may share your username and password with other members of your district but you may also send an e-mail requesting usernames and passwords for your staff members. (Please contact Holly Henry by e-mail or by phone at 817.991.0413 with the username and password you wish to use.)
• Information in this system will be kept for a year.
