Application for Disaster Aid Assistance for the 2008-09 School Year

TEA has extended the deadline to apply for HB 4102 disaster aid:

The deadline for affecting the amount to which a district is entitled to receive disaster aid during the 2008-09 school year has been extended from August 7, 2009 to September 30, 2009. The extended deadline applies to districts that did not previously apply by August 7th and to districts that previously applied by August 7th but need to submit a new application adjusting their prior application for unreimbursed remediation costs, or to apply for disaster aid assistance due to a decline in attendance or a decline in property value.
