 In addition to the Guidance document, TEA has now posted ER Instructions to enter ARRA Quarterly Reporting.  The ER Instructions document step by step the use of the online reporting system.

 The following email was broadcast on October 1, 2009:

We are currently experiencing an extremely heavy call volume regarding instructions for ARRA Quarterly Reporting in TEA’s ER system. 

Please see the attached pdf which has step by step instructions of this process.  We will return calls in the order they are received.
