Now Includes Reporting Questions

Version X of the ARRA Q & A document has been posted. 

This version includes an entire section devoted to quarterly reporting which apply to all ARRA funds, not just SFSF.  In addition, there are a number of new questions since Version IX relating to the SFSF application.

Read the whole thing carefully. Since there is so much new material in the last two updates, don't rely entirely on the the * symbol to flag updated information.
