School districts and charter schools have a one-time opportunity to report worn-out materials for school year 2009-2010, as well as the number of copies needed for replacement.  Complete the on-line form in the Educational Materials (EMAT/EVI) system by 5:00 p.m., December 18, 2009.  Instructions were emailed to all textbook coordinators on September 16, 2009.
