Last week, the Texas Education Agency Office of School Finance released a guide to interpreting your school district's Summary of Finances titled School Finance 101: Funding of Texas Public Schools.  The guide explains the Foundation School Program, the primary funding for public schools, in an easy to read question and answer format.
