The application for the Instructional Facilities Allotment (IFA) is due June 15, 2010.  The Texas Education Agency announced that there will be $75 million available for school year 2010-2011. The program provides assistance to school districts in making debt service payments on qualifying bonds or lease-purchase agreements. Bond or lease-purchase proceeds must be used for the construction or renovation of an instructional facility.
