Today, the Texas Education Agency posted a TO THE ADMINISTRATOR LETTER informing school districts of the July 5, 2010 deadline for submitting Section 1512 report data for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).  Because the deadline coincides with the July 4th holiday weekend, the Grants ER system will be open on June 28, 2010 for Section 1512 reporting.  However, the letter also states that ER will block the submission of reimbursement requests until July 1st, which will necessitate finishing the reporting process after June 30th for those school districts that access the ER system prior to July 1st to submit data .
