The Association of School Business Officials International announced the release of A Performance Management Framework for State and Local Government: From Measurement and Reporting and Management and Improving that the National Performance Management Advisory Commission developed with ASBO's assistance.  The framework provides guidelines that will benefit school districts' performance management efforts.
