Susan Combs, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, has released the final 2009 Property Value Study.  The Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) annually certifies property values for the Commissioner of Education, in accordance with Chapter 403, Texas Government Code.  School districts should use the information to evaluate various business assumptions, including projections of FSP state aid amounts.
