The Texas Education Agency has posted the 2010-2011 Student Attendance Accounting Handbook and the 2010-2011 Student Attendance Accounting Handbook Change Document.  The annual updates to the 295 page Handbook need to be reviewed very carefully because noncompliance with the rules published in the Handbook will result in refunds of state aid.
