This week the Texas Education Agency released the Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System 2010 Manual.   The Manual explains the PBMAS monitoring indicator system used by the Agency to evaluate overall performance and program effectiveness of school districts and charter schools.  According to the 2010 Manual, changes were made within each program area covered by PBMAS.   School districts are obligated to access PBMAS-related information via the Intervention Stage and Activity Manager on the Texas Education Agency Secure Environment (TEASE).
