Charter Schools Depository Contracts Due to TEA PDF Print E-mail

Charter Schools must file their Depository Contract and Vendor Direct Deposit Authorization form with the Texas Education Agency by the November 1, 2010 deadline.  However, if changes are made to the contract or direct deposit information currently on file with the TEA, then charter schools are strongly encouraged to file their documents immediately.  Filing early is requested to allow sufficient time for review and processing of any changes no latter than November 1st, in order to ensure the timely flow of funds in November 2010.  The letter also stated that if no changes are to be made to the currently accepted depository contract and direct deposit account information, then a written statement to this effect may be filed in lieu of the depository contract and direct deposit form.  

The charter holder may download the depository contract forms and information, as well as the Vendor Direct Deposit Authorization form and specific instructions for charter schools at the TEA website under Financial Audits / Depository Contracts:
