This week, the Texas Education Agency released a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document for the 2010-2011 Student Attendance Accounting Handbook. It is important to carefully read the interpretations in the FAQ to ensure programs and services provided to enrolled students are eligible for funding under the Foundation School Program and other revenue sources.  The 258 page Handbook is a critical compliance document that must also be read in its entirety to avoid financial penalties for noncompliance.
