In a TO THE ADMINISTRATOR ADDRESSED letter dated October 29, 2010, the Texas Education Agency released special instructions for the preparation of the 030 District Finance Data – Budget record for 2010-11 for the Public Education Information Management Systems (PEIMS). The Budget record is reported in the PEIMS Submission 1. The letter states that Fund Code 266, for the federal State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF) allocation in the Summary of Finances, is to be crosswalked by school districts and charter schools to Fund Code 199 and 420, respectively, for the October 29th PEIMS snapshot for budget.  The letter also states that the SFSF funds will need to be reported under Fund 266 after the PEIMS Submission 1, meaning the SFSF finanical data will reported separately under Fund Code 266 in the 032 District Finance Data - Actual record.
