A Texas Education Agency TO THE ADMINISTRATOR ADDRESSED letter dated December 15, 2010 announced the official launch of the financial solvency analysis system.  As part of the financial solvency review, all school districts and open-enrollment charter schools are requested to file first-quarter financial information for 2009-10 and 2010-11.  The brief online surveys are to be completed by all school districts and open-enrollment charter schools between December 14, 2010 and Friday, January 14, 2011.  Responses are due no later than January 14, 2011.

Depending upon the information TEA receives, certain school districts and open-enrollment charter schools will be requested to forward more information.
