A Texas Education Agency TO THE ADMINISTRATOR ADDRESSED letter dated December 21, 2010 provides additional information on the data collection required by the United States Department of Education (USDE) concerning assurances for State Fiscal and Stabilization Fund (SFSF) awards for 2009-10 and 2010-11.  The data to be reported by school districts and charter schools through Region 13 Education Service Center relates to annual summary of the campus-level evaluation scores from the Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS) or the district's appraisal system locally-adopted in a manner prescribed by the Commissioner of Education.  The Region 13 data collection system will go live on January 5, 2011 and remainder of the required data is to be submitted by June 30, 2011 (the initial data submission through Region 13 ESC was due October 9, 2010).
