January 14, 2011 is the deadline for submitting first quarter expenditure data for fiscal years 2010 and 2011 to the Texas Education Agency Financial Solvency Review System.  The data will be used for financial solvency reviews of school districts and charter schools to detect potential issues involving fund balance deficits and/or issues related to ability to timely pay financial obligations.
