Today,  Texas Comproller of Public Accounts Susan Combs released the Biennial Revenue Estimate for the 2012-2013 biennium.  The biennial revenue estimate had been much anticipated for several months due to forecasts made by various sources concerning funding issues facing the 2011 Legislative Session and the 2011 General Appropriations Act that will fund primary and secondary education programs and services for school years 2011-12 and 2012-13.
