The Texas Education Agency announced the $830 million Education Jobs Fund (Ed Jobs) will be allocated to public schools based upon weighted average daily attendance (WADA).  The funds will be distributed  (without a separate grant application) to eligible school systems that have an approved grant application for school year 2009-10 or 2010-11 for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Title XIV State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF). A brief application form will be completed by school systems that do not have an approved ARRA SFSF application.
