School Transportation Allotment Policy Notice PDF Print E-mail

On June 8, 2011, the Texas Education Agency Office of School Finance announced a change to the School Transportation Allotment program policy.  The notice stated that effective September 1, 2011, school districts and charter schools will be able to submit prior-year data adjustments no later than three years following August 31 of the state fiscal year for which the adjustments are sought.  Prior to the effective date of this policy change adjustments are allowed for school year 2001-02 and subsequent years.
