On the topic of proration of Foundation School Program (FSP) state aid for fiscal year 2011, the Texas Education Agency State Funding Division announced, this morning, the following:

"Please be aware that a supplemental appropriation of $550 million for the current fiscal year has been approved. We do not anticipate any proration of Foundation School Program payments for the 2011 fiscal year. Districts and charter schools will receive all projected FSP payments through August 31, 2011."
