Omar Garcia has released Version 3 of the State Aid Template for school years 2011-12 and 2012-13, which is posted on the Region XIII Education Service Center web site.  The template is updated for provisions in Senate Bill 1, 82nd Legislature, First Called Session. The template can also be used for school year 2010-11 to observe the effect of removal of state aid funding adjustments for ADA decline and property value decline.
