Yesterday, the Texas Education Agency posted the 2011–2012 Student Attendance Accounting Handbook Change Document that provides a overview of revisions in the 2011-2012 Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (SAAH).  The 292 page SAAH needs to be read and reviewed very carefully because noncompliance with the rules published in the SAAH can result in refunds of state aid.
