Susan  Combs, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has released the School and Appraisal Districts' Property Value Study 2010 Final Findings, August 2011.  School officials need to review the property value findings and evaluate resulting changes to Foundation School Program state aid calculations.  The state aid template published on the Region XIII ESC web site is helpful for evaluating changes to state aid calculations.
