Susan Combs, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, recently posted an updated version of the residence homestead application form in accordance with statutory provisions enacted by the 82nd Legislature.  To access the updated residence homestead form click on the link below.

The Comptroller's recent announcement on this topic also stated, "This November, Texas voters will decide whether to grant a residence homestead exemption for the surviving spouses of 100 percent or totally disabled veterans. After the election, we will update the form as necessary."
