The Texas Education Agency announced that the "near-final" Summary of Finances has been posted for school year 2010-2011.  The SOF is updated to show the actual student attendance data and special program counts reported through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) in July 2011 for school year 2010-2011.  The SOF also shows the amount of a school district's near-final settle-up. 

School districts and open-enrollment charter schools are advised to use the latest version of the state aid template from the Region 13 Education Service Center to verify the exact amount of state aid earned for allocations in the SOF and the overpaid or underpaid balance to report in financial statements in the annual audit report.
