Yesterday, the Texas Education Agency announced the release of Version 2 of the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (SAAH).  The SAAH is updated for attendance accounting procedures for the Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) virtual courses and for additional updates that are described in Version 2 of the 2011-2012 Change Document.  The 266 page SAAH needs to be read and reviewed very carefully because noncompliance with the rules published in the SAAH can result in refunds of state aid.
