This morning, a group of school districts represented by Thompson & Horton filed a fourth school finance lawsuit in Travis County challenging the constitutionality of the Texas school finance system.  This lawsuit led by Fort Bend Independent School District includes 62 other school districts that collectively educate over 1.5 million of the total 5 million students enrolled in the Texas public school system.
