Susan Combs, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, recently released forms for property tax exemptions, including an updated residence homestead application and a new local option exemption for community land trust application. 

The update to the residence homestead exemption form implements the November 2011 voter approval of a constitution amendment for an exemption for the surviving spouse of a 100 percent disabled veteran.  To access the updated residence homestead application, click on the link below.
