Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Susan Combs announced the publication of the 2012 Appraisal District Public Information Packet. The Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) added two new features: (1) radio announcements that can be printed and used by local announcers or that can be downloaded for local radio stations; and (2) a model Notice of Availability of Electronic Communications required under Tax Code Section 1.085(h).
