Today, the Texas Education Agency communicated the comment period will be open from June 1, 2012 to July 2, 2012 for amended Commissioner's Rules for the Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System.  The proposed effective date is August 19, 2012.  To submit comments on the proposed rules, send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
