Last week, the Texas Education Agency communicated information about the annual review of approved tests for use during the 2012-2013 school year relating to various assessments of limited English proficient (LEP) students.  This information should be reviewed very carefully because noncompliance may result in ineligibility for Foundation School Program weighted funding and other state and federal funding.
