More clarification from TEA
TEA has posted aletter dated August 6th stating clearly that the Commissioner of Education has determined that State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF) may be used for the pay raise required by HB 3646.
The following school district and open-enrollment charter school employees, including those of the Windham School District, are required to receive a salary increase under HB 3646:
o classroom teachers,
o full-time speech pathologists,
o full-time librarians,
o full-time counselors, and
o full-time school nurses.
