The 2012-13 Pupil Projection Template provides several approaches to forecasting pupil attendance for future years. The template has been updated with the school year 2011-12 enrollment and the 10/16/2012 preliminary Near-Final Summary of Finances attendance data.

You must supply the enrollment by grade for school year 2012-13. The October 2012 PEIMS (snapshot date) enrollment by grade should be entered to produce more meaningful results. The template will automatically populate the data for past years.

The template requires Microsoft Excel and you must enable macros for it to work. There is a link to a tutorial on enabling macros on the Getting Started tab.
