Mentor Programs
We offer free mentorship to TASBO members who are looking to grow in any of the following areas:
- Business management
- Information Technology
- Maintenance and operations
- Payroll
- PEIMS
- Personnel
- Purchasing
- Safety, Security & Risk Management
TASBO coordinates online and in-person meetups and resource sharing between mentors and mentees.
Emerging Leaders
Our Emerging Leaders Program is designed to help new leaders build confidence, hone their communication skills, and develop an effective leadership style. We believe this training is critical for the future of our school districts. The Emerging Leaders program runs from June-December annually and each cohort is capped at 24 participants.

Leadership Fundamentals
Led by one of TASBO’s seven certified facilitators, this program incorporates the experiences and perspectives of seasoned school business leaders. These facilitators have been in your shoes and they have the tools and strategies to meet you wherever you are in your leadership journey and offer guidance for your future aspirations. Whether you strive to lead, were recently promoted to a management role, or have been in a leadership role for years, you are certain to gain from this experience.
