Pasadena ISD has created a COVID-19 exposure process map and reporting form.
Pasadena ISD HR, Finance, and Administration worked together to produce a comprehensive process map for employees and students who have or may have been exposed to COVID-19. TASBO Board Member and Pasadena ISD Director of Purchasing Derek Gillard shared the document in the TASBO online member community.
The process includes a Google Doc for reporting, in addition to the process map that covers multiple scenarios and conditions for students and employees. Below are the sample documents of each:
