Carla Settle, RTSBA, Chief Financial Officer at Cedar Hill ISD, was one of 10 recipients of the 2023 RISE Award. The RISE Award recognizes a person whose early accomplishments, within their career and TASBO, distinguish them as future leaders in the profession. It is sponsored by the Texas Association of School Boards.
Carla began her career in higher education and serves as a certification course instructor. She serves on the Texas School Health Benefit Plan Board of Directors and in various school organizations.
