Holly Stambaugh, RTSBA, Director of Compensations, Benefits and Culture at Arlington ISD, was one of 10 recipients of the 2023 RISE Award. It is sponsored by the Texas Association of School Boards.

Holly Stambaugh, RTSBA, Director of Compensations, Benefits and Culture at Arlington ISD, was one of 10 recipients of the 2023 RISE Award. The RISE Award recognizes a person whose early accomplishments, within their career and TASBO, distinguish them as future leaders in the profession. It is sponsored by the Texas Association of School Boards.

Holly began her career in healthcare and currently serves as Chair of the Personnel Subcommittee. She was a member of the Leadership subcommittee.

Nomination Criteria

  • A current Active TASBO member for no more than 10 years
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and achievements in his/her role and the potential to lead the future of school business
  • Displays a desire to advance his/her career with continued engagement in TASBO
  • Has not won the award previously
