Kristi Russell, CTSBO, Buyer from Mansfield ISD, was one of 10 recipients of the 2023 RISE Award. The RISE Award recognizes a person whose early accomplishments, within their career and TASBO, distinguish them as future leaders in the profession. It is sponsored by the Texas Association of School Boards.
Kristi began her career in the private sector. She is a graduate of the TASBO Emerging Leaders Program and serves as a certification course instructor.
