Sarah Simpson, CPA, Director of Budget & Bonds at Denton ISD, was one of 10 recipients of the 2023 RISE Award. Sarah began her career in private accounting. She is a graduate of the TASBO Emerging Leaders Program and is a mentor for university students preparing for the CPA exam.
