About the Rebrand Project

In the Fall of 2022, we selected the Yes& marketing agency among several firms to begin a rebrand project. Our board charged YES& to evolve, stay current, and set our association for continued years of success. We wanted a more intentional look & feel and sought consistency across sub-brands (i.e. conference logos, award icons, etc). Working closely with TASBO, they divided the project into 3 phases - research, branding, and implementation.

Yes&'s research included existing data and reports, 30 stakeholder interviews, a member survey, and two focus groups. They worked closely with our staff and reported key findings to the board. Yes& then transformed their findings into core messaging, including an updated mission and vision. And with an accurate description of TASBO and our members, they visualized our new identity.

Logo Design & Colors

Our “T” logo is specifically designed to represent the diversity of our members, landscapes, and schools. The bold arc symbolizes the energy, movement, and purpose we bring to the path we walk every day. Together, the colors and design bring our beloved “T” to life in a way that is more inviting, confident, and inspirational.
