Chef Nick Correa brings over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 5 years within the K-12 segment. He attended Johnson & Wales University, achieving an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s of Science in Foodservice Management. With previous culinary and managerial experience at Longhorn Steakhouse and Del Frisco’s, Chef Nick today serves as SFE’s Director of Sanitation and Safety, helping SFE’s district teams to adhere to the highest levels of safety protocol.
